YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES：

执行公司业务策略； 有效的客户管理，合理安排学术拜访、确保正确的传递产品信息；

独立组织学术会议，确保 依据公司流程合规执行会议；

参与和支持公司的各项业务项目，确保项目落地执行； 支持团队内、跨团队和跨产品线，跨部门合作；

提供真实准确的业 务信息反馈，支持必要的日常运营的数据更新；

参加公司必要的业务培训和产品知识培训，合规培训等，完成必要的专业能力考核。

Execute the company's business strategy; Effective customer management, reasonably arrange academic visits, and ensure correct delivery of product information; Independently organize academic meetings, ensuring compliance with company processes during the meetings; Participate in and support various business projects of the company, ensuring successful execution of projects; Support collaboration within the team, across teams, product lines, and departments; Provide truthful and accurate business information feedback, supporting necessary updates of daily operational data; Attend necessary business training, product knowledge training, compliance training, etc., and complete required professional competency assessments.

WHO YOU ARE：

本科及以上学历，医药相关专业优先；

一定的相关工作经验； 具有良好的业务敏锐度、学习能力；

良好的沟通能力及人际关系能力、影响 力；

有和医学领域专家建立并保持良好的信任和学术关系的能力；

良好的创新，开拓能力；

良好的自我激励能力，愿意在压力下承担挑战性的工作；

掌握演讲技巧，良好的协调及组织能力。
