Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth and profitability for the Treasures segment within the Consumer Banking Group

Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to expand the Treasures customer base and deepen existing client relationships

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative products, services, and initiatives that cater to the unique needs of Treasures clients

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform decision-making and guide the development of targeted sales and marketing strategies

Provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership to support the Treasures business, contributing to the overall success of the Consumer Banking Group

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in a business development, relationship management, or sales role within the banking or financial services industry

Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and growing a customer portfolio

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and cross-functional teams

Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable, with a keen interest in staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
