Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact, welcoming Treasures clients and delivering a premium, professional service experience.

Manage customer flow within the lounge to ensure efficient service delivery and minimal wait times.

Assist clients with digital banking onboarding, navigating mobile applications, and utilizing self-service platforms.

Address customer inquiries, resolve feedback promptly, and escalate complex matters to the respective Relationship Managers.

Maintain the professional presentation and upkeep of the Treasures lounge environment.

Collaborate with branch team members to support daily operations and administrative tasks.

Adhere strictly to the bank’s compliance, regulatory standards, and security procedures.

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or front-line client relations, preferably within the financial services industry.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service excellence.

Proficiency in digital applications and technology, with the ability to guide clients on digital platforms.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations with tact and professionalism.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Professional presentation and grooming standards.

A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
