岗位职责
1、产线日常运维保障：负责锡膏印刷机、贴片机、回流焊、AOI、SPI、X‑Ray 等全套 SMT 设备日常点检、保养以及突发故障抢修，维持产线正常运转，压低设备停机时长。
2、故障处理与设备优化：快速处置机械、电气、程序、气路、光路等设备异常，复盘故障根源并落实改善，登记故障台账，防范同类问题复发，提高设备稼动率与生产良率。
3、新机新品调试导入：配合 NPI 新产品量产，开展设备参数调试、站位优化、治具适配，完成试产验证；整理标准参数文件与作业指导书，推进新项目顺利量产。
4、维保计划及档案台账管理：执行日 / 周 / 月 / 年度分级保养、精度校准、零部件更换；统一归档保养、维修、设备台账、备件资料，保证设备文档齐全合规。
5、效率改善和备件管控：针对抛料偏高、换线缓慢、物料损耗等痛点做专项改善，优化参数与换线流程；管控设备耗材、易损件，设置安全库存，规避备件短缺造成停线，管控运维成本。
6、现场支援、培训及安全管理：培训作业人员设备操作、基础维保技能；全天候跟进量产、急单夜班的设备保障，协同工艺、品质处理生产异常；排查设备安全隐患，落实车间安全规范，规避安全事故。
1、Daily‑line Equipment Maintenance：Inspect, service and repair SMT machines (solder‑paste printers, mounters, reflow ovens, AOI, SPI, X‑Ray) to minimize downtime.
2、Fault Troubleshooting & Equipment Optimization：Fix mechanical, electrical, program, air‑circuit and optical faults, analyze root causes and keep fault records. Boost equipment availability and production yield to avoid repeated failures.
3、New‑product Equipment Commissioning：Assist NPI with parameter debugging, station optimization and fixture fitting. Finish trial‑run tests and prepare standard parameters and operation guides for stable mass‑production.
4、Maintenance and Document Management：Implement periodic equipment maintenance, precision calibration and part replacement. Archive maintenance, repair and spare‑part files for full‑standard documentation.
5、Efficiency Upgrade & Spare‑parts Administration：Optimize settings and change‑over procedures to cut component waste and shorten line‑switching time. Manage consumables and safety stock of wearing‑parts to control maintenance costs and prevent production halts.
6、On‑site Support, Training and Safety Work：Train operators on equipment operation and simple maintenance. Offer equipment support for urgent‑order and night‑shift production, cooperate with process‑quality teams for anomalies, check safety risks and follow workshop safety rules.
岗位要求
1、本科及以上学历，机电一体化、自动化、电子工程、机械工程等相关专业优先。
2、 工作经验：3-5年及以上SMT行业设备维修、调试经验，熟悉完整SMT生产工艺流程，熟练操作主流品牌SMT设备。
3、 技能能力：熟练掌握贴片机、印刷机、回流焊、AOI等设备的故障维修、参数调试、日常保养；能独立完成新机导入、程序优化、异常分析改善；具备电气、机械、电路知识，看懂设备图纸。
4、 核心素质：具备较强的问题排查能力、动手能力和学习能力，响应速度快，能适应两班倒、加班及紧急抢修工作；工作严谨负责，有良好的团队协作能力和执行力。
1、Bachelor degree or above; majors in mechatronics, automation, electronic or mechanical engineering preferred.
2、3‑5+ years of SMT equipment maintenance and commissioning experience, familiar with full SMT workflow and mainstream SMT machines.
3、Proficient in troubleshooting, parameter setting and daily maintenance of mounters, printers, reflow ovens and AOI equipment. Able to conduct new‑machine launch, program optimization and fault analysis; can read equipment drawings with mechanical and electrical expertise.
4、Good troubleshooting, practical and learning skills, quick‑response. Accept two‑shift work, overtime and emergency maintenance. Be prudent, responsible, cooperative and high‑executive.
