岗位职责
1.参与新产品开发与测试验证，过程中关注和实现产品可制造性、可测试性及可靠性；主导完成新产品制造导入；
2.开展过程工艺质量控制，持续改进和优化过程质量控制和测试方法，保证产品制造质量，提升测试效率；
3.建议并持续完成业务过程文档，指导系统集成过程测试工作；
4.识别测试设备优化点并实施改进，定期维修和保养测试设备，并保证设备工具等的可用性；
5.参与制定项目计划，协调测试资源，实施项目集成，与外部力量协同完成项目交付；
6.参与客户对系统的厂验，解答客户疑问，确保厂验顺利完成；
1. Participate in new product development and testing, ensure manufacturability, testability and reliability, and lead new product manufacturing introduction.
2. Implement process quality control, continuously optimize control schemes and test methods to ensure product quality and improve test efficiency.
3. Propose and update business process documents, and guide system integration testing.
4. Identify and implement test equipment improvements, perform regular maintenance to ensure equipment availability.
5. Participate in project planning, coordinate test resources, implement system integration and cooperate with external parties for project delivery.
6. Participate in customer factory acceptance tests (FAT), answer inquiries and ensure smooth completion.
岗位要求
1.通信工程、光信息科学与技术、光通信、电子信息技术等相关专业，本科及以上学历，专业知识扎实；
2.3年以上光模块产品经验，1年以上100Gbps速率以上产品大批量经验，有大型企业工作经历者优先；
3.熟悉光模块产品测试验证、生产调试、系统测试等相关工作，熟练使用各类光学仪表或设备；
4.英语四级以上，具有良好的听、说、读、写能力；
5.逻辑清晰，良好的沟通能力，团队协作能力；学习能力强，动手能力强，工作踏实；责任心强，个性开朗，诚实守信，积极主动；
6.能承受一定的工作压力；能适应海外出差工作需要；
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Communications Engineering, Optical Information Science and Technology, Optical‑Communication, Electronic Information Technology or related majors with solid expertise.
2.Over 3‑year working experience in optical‑module products, including at least one‑year mass‑production experience on ≥100Gbps products. Large‑enterprise background preferred.
3.Familiar with optical‑module test verification, production debugging and system testing; proficient in assorted optical instruments and equipment.
4.CET‑4 or higher with competent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
5.Clear logical thinking, good communication and teamwork skills. Fast‑learning, practical‑minded, dependable, outgoing, honest and self‑motivated.
6.Able to handle work pressure and travel overseas on business.
