岗位职责
1、制程物料异常的确认及定责，相关改善措施的跟踪及效果确认；
2、客诉/客退问题的改善推动及改善措施的效果确认；
3、客诉/客退PPT履历的更新汇总及现场宣导；
4、对品质数据分析；
5、对IPQC人员工作的管理及指导；
6、品质日报、周报、月报及客户月报的制作；
7、召集与工程对生产现场不良分析，并改善进度及效果跟踪和确认，对重大异常问题主动召集各部门一起会议检讨改善；
8、ECN导入执行的监控和确认；
9、FQC/IPQC的SOP及SIP的制作，含客户标准的转换，内部出货产品的SIP；
10、QC工程图的更新和完善；
1、Confirm and assign responsibility for process/material abnormalities, track improvement actions and verify their effectiveness.
2、Drive improvements for customer complaints/returns and validate the effectiveness of corrective actions.
3、Update and consolidate customer complaint/return case histories in PPT format, and conduct on-site briefings.
4、Analyze quality data to identify trends and insights.
5、Manage and guide In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) personnel.
6、Prepare daily, weekly, monthly quality reports, and customer-specific monthly reports.
7、Collaborate with engineering teams to analyze production defects, track improvement progress, and verify results; proactively organize cross-departmental meetings for critical issues.
8、Monitor and verify the implementation of Engineering Change Notices (ECN).
9、Develop SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and SIPs (Standard Inspection Procedures) for Final Quality Control (FQC) and IPQC, including adaptation of customer standards and SIPs for internal shipments.
10、Update and refine QC process charts.
岗位要求
1、本科及以上学历
2、3 年（含）及以上SMT或电子行业品质管理相关工作经验
3、精通 ISO9001、IATF16949、ISO14001、ISO45001（原 OHSAS18001）管理体系，持有对应内审员证书优先
4、熟知产品规格特性、SMT / 电子产品生产工艺流程、品质异常处理流程
5、熟练操作 CAD、Minitab 及 Office 办公软件
6、熟练运用 QC 七大手法开展问题分析与改善，精通过程审核、PDCA 循环管理模式
7、能够识读机械图纸，熟练使用各类检测量具，精通量测系统分析（MSA）
1、Bachelor's degree or higher.
2、Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in quality management within SMT or electronics industry
3、Proficient in ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001 and ISO45001 (formerly OHSAS18001); with relevant internal auditor certification is preferred
4、Familiar with product specifications & characteristics, manufacturing process of SMT/electronic products and non-conformity handling procedures
5、Skilled in CAD, Minitab and Microsoft Office suite
6、Able to apply seven basic QC tools for problem analysis and continuous improvement; proficient in process audit and PDCA management cycle
7、Capable of reading mechanical drawings, proficient in various inspection gauges and Measurement System Analysis (MSA)
