岗位职责
1.严格执行公司财务、内控及国家财经法规，排查业务异常并落地整改，持续优化业务流程。
2.统筹公司资金、固定资产、存货等全类资产盘点管控，保障资产真实、安全、有效。
3.负责进出口报关、清关、缴税及保税料件核销工作，审核业务合规性，处理进出口异常问题。
4.落地年度预算编制、季度更新及执行管控，对比分析预算差异，跟进整改各类执行异常。
5.统筹各类财务、税务、外汇、研发及经营报表编制、复核与申报，完成资质年检与经营数据分析。
6.负责团队业务、ERP操作及财税、海关新规培训指导，规范岗位作业流程。
7.统筹对接外部审计、调研及项目申报工作，规范会计档案整理归档，保障财务工作标准化。
8.搭建完善关务合规管理体系，严控进出口合规风险，协同各部门推进降本增效工作。
1. Strictly implement corporate financial & internal control systems and national financial regulations, identify and rectify business abnormalities, and continuously optimize business processes.
2. Manage the inventory and control of company funds, fixed assets, inventory and other assets to ensure the authenticity, safety and effectiveness of assets.
3. Take charge of import and export declaration, customs clearance, tax payment and bonded materials verification, audit business compliance, and handle import/export abnormal issues.
4. Complete annual budget compilation and quarterly update, monitor budget implementation, analyze budget differences, and track and rectify all implementation abnormalities.
5. Oversee the compilation, review and declaration of financial, tax, foreign exchange, R&D and operating statements, and complete qualification annual inspections and operating data analysis.
6. Conduct team training and guidance on business skills, ERP operation and updated financial, tax and customs regulations to standardize job procedures.
7. Coordinate external audits, researches and project declarations, standardize the sorting and archiving of accounting files, and ensure standardized financial work.
8. Establish and improve the customs compliance management system, strictly control import and export compliance risks, and cooperate with all departments to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
岗位要求
1、本科及以上财会相关专业，持有CPA/ACCA等资质优先，精通中泰会计准则、泰国税法及进出口海关合规政策。
2、8年以上制造业全盘财务经验，含3年及以上海外工厂财务负责人经验，有电子、光通信行业从业经历优先。
3、熟练独立完成全盘账务核算、双语财报编制、税务外汇申报，精通全面预算、成本管控与经营分析，具备工厂降本增效实操能力。
4、具备完善内控体系搭建、资产管控、保税料件核销及进出口流程优化能力，可独立应对税务、海关及各类内外审计稽查工作。
5、英语或者泰语流利可作为工作语言，熟练操作ERP系统，具备跨文化团队管理、培训赋能能力，能长期常驻泰国厂区开展工作。
1. Bachelor degree or above in finance and accounting, CPA/ACCA qualification is preferred; proficient in Chinese and Thai accounting standards, Thai tax laws and import/export customs compliance policies.
2. Over 8 years of comprehensive financial management experience in manufacturing industry, including more than 3 years of overseas factory financial leadership experience; experience in electronics and optical communication industry is preferred.
3. Capable of independently handling full-set accounting, dual-language financial statement preparation, tax and foreign exchange declaration; skilled in overall budgeting, cost control and business analysis with practical capabilities in factory cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
4. Competent in building internal control systems, asset management, bonded materials verification and import/export process optimization; able to independently respond to tax, customs and internal & external audits.
5. Fluent in English or Thai for daily work, proficient in ERP system operation; equipped with cross-cultural team management and training capabilities, able to work long-term stationed in Thailand factory.
