岗位职责
1、负责新产品与新测试平台搭建，对接产品设计及研发团队确定测试指标、方案与流程。
2、开展测试方案评估、工装夹具设计、组装与调试，完成新产品样品试制、问题汇总及报告输出。
3、负责测试平台验证、GRR 分析与产品可靠性测试，确保样品及测试方案按项目节点准时交付。
4、完成转量产阶段测试资料编制与实施，输出 EVT、DVT、CPK、PFMEA 等相关技术文档。
5、协助 COC 老化测试验证及 TOSA/ROSA 等技术方案可行性评估，提出改善建议并输出验证报告。
6、负责研发样品制作与生产导入，优化良率、产能及 UPH，处理异常问题并完成人员培训与项目周报。
1、Responsible for the construction of new products and new test platforms, coordinating with product design and R&D teams to confirm test indicators, plans and processes.
2、Conduct test plan evaluation, tooling fixture design, assembly and debugging, complete new product sample trial production, problem summary and report output.
3、In charge of test platform verification, GRR analysis and product reliability testing, ensuring samples and test plans are delivered on time according to project milestones.
4、Complete the compilation and implementation of test documents in the mass production transfer stage, and output relevant technical documents such as EVT, DVT, CPK and PFMEA.
5、Assist in COC aging test verification and feasibility evaluation of technical solutions such as TOSA/ROSA, put forward improvement suggestions and output verification reports.
6、Responsible for R&D sample production and production introduction, optimize yield, capacity and UPH, handle abnormal issues, and complete personnel training and weekly project reports.
岗位要求
1、本科及以上学历，机械、通信、光学、电子等相关专业；3 年以上相关工作经验，有 1 年及以上研发测试开发经验优先。
2、熟悉光通信器件原理、测试设备、仪表及工艺与流程，掌握高速 BOX、相干光器件测试原理及主流测试方案。
3、具备数据处理与分析能力，能熟练使用 Minitab、Excel、JMP 等数据分析软件。
4、逻辑清晰，具备较强的问题分析与解决能力；具备良好的英文读写及沟通能力者优先。
5、熟悉产品开发流程及公司规章制度，具备良好的执行力、成本意识与安全意识。
1、Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical, Communication, Optical, Electronic or related majors; At least 3 years of relevant working experience, with at least 1 year of R&D test development experience preferred.
2、Familiar with optical communication device principles, test equipment, instruments, processes and procedures; Proficient in test principles of high-speed BOX and coherent optical devices, as well as mainstream test solutions.
3、Capable of data processing and analysis, proficient in data analysis software such as Minitab, Excel, JMP.
4、Logical thinking, strong ability in problem analysis and solving; Good English reading, writing and communication skills are preferred.
5、Familiar with product development process and company regulations; With good execution ability, cost awareness and safety awareness.
