岗位职责
1.依据销售订单及库存数据，制定电子元器件及成品的月度、周度生产计划，确保交付准时。
1.Formulate monthly and weekly production plans for electronic components and finished products based on sales orders and inventory data to ensure on-time delivery.
2.协调生产、采购、仓储等部门，跟进计划执行进度，及时解决生产过程中的物料短缺、产能不足等问题。
2.Coordinate with production, procurement, warehousing and other departments, follow up the implementation progress of the plan, and timely solve problems such as material shortage and insufficient production capacity in the production process.
3.统计生产数据，分析计划达成率，优化生产排程，提升生产效率。
3.Collect production data, analyze the plan achievement rate, optimize production scheduling and improve production efficiency.
4.配合新品导入，衔接研发与生产环节，制定试产计划并跟踪落地。
4.Cooperate with new product launch, connect R&D and production links, formulate trial production plans and track their implementation.
岗位要求
1.本科及以上学历，供应链相关专业优先。
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in supply chain related is preferred.
2.1-3年电子行业生产计划工作经验，熟悉ERP系统（如SAP）操作。
2.1-3 years of production planning experience in electronic industry, familiar with ERP system (such as SAP) operation.
3.具备基础数据分析能力，逻辑清晰，能应对生产计划中的突发情况。
3.Basic data analysis ability, clear logic, and able to deal with emergencies in production planning.
4.中文和泰文可作为工作语言。
4.Both Chinese and Thai can be working language.
