主数据主管

岗位职责
1、战略规划与制度建设​
1.Strategic planning and system construction​
2 、结合企业业务目标，明确主数据短期、中期、长期目标及实施路径​
2. Combine with the enterprise's business objectives to clarify the short-term, medium-term, and long-term goals of master data and the implementation paths​
3 、搭建主数据管理制度体系，包括数据标准、质量规则、安全规范及流程（如数据采集、审核、变更、归档）​
3. Establish a master data management system, including data standards, quality rules, security specifications, and processes (such as data collection, review, change, and archiving)​

5、制定主数据编码规则、分类体系及业务规则（如客户名称格式、产品分类标准）​
5. Develop master data coding rules, classification systems, and business rules (such as customer name formats, product classification standards)​
6、通过数据质量评分卡、异常检测工具，监控主数据完整性、一致性、及时性，推动问题整改（如数据清洗、去重、校验）​
6. Monitor the integrity, consistency, and timeliness of master data through data quality scorecards and anomaly detection tools, and promote problem rectification (such as data cleaning, deduplication, and verification)​
7、推广统一数据视图，消除部门间数据歧义，支持业务系统集成（如 SAP、PLM、MOM）​
7. Promote a unified data view, eliminate data ambiguities among departments, and support business system integration (such as SAP, PLM, MOM)​

9、评估并引入主数据管理系统，完成系统配置与集成​
9. Evaluate and introduce a master data management system, and complete system configuration and integration​
10、主导数据匹配、合并、分发等核心功能开发，支持自动化数据治理（如通过 API 与下游系统同步）​
10. Lead the development of core functions such as data matching, merging, and distribution, and support automated data governance (such as synchronization with downstream systems through APIs)​
11、管理主数据生命周期，处理系统故障、性能调优及用户权限分配​
11. Manage the master data lifecycle, handle system failures, performance tuning, and user permission allocation​
12、跨部门协作与业务赋能​
12. Cross-departmental collaboration and business enablement​
13、与业务部门合作，识别数据痛点（如客户信息分散、产品数据混乱），提供治理方案​
13. Collaborate with business departments to identify data pain points (such as scattered customer information and chaotic product data) and provide governance solutions​
14、 基于高质量主数据，生成分析报告（如客户画像、供应商绩效），支撑管理层决策​
14. Generate analysis reports (such as customer profiles and supplier performance) based on high-quality master data to support management decision-making​
15、组织数据治理培训，提升全员数据意识，推动数据文化落地​
15. Organize data governance training, enhance the data awareness of all employees, and promote the implementation of data culture​
16、 定期与销售、供应链等部门共建数据标准，反馈治理成果​
16. Regularly collaborate with departments such as sales and supply chain to jointly establish data standards and feedback on governance results

岗位要求
1、全日制本科及以上学历，计算机科学、信息管理、统计学等相关专业​
1.A full-time bachelor's degree or above, majoring in computer science, information management, statistics, or other related majors​
2、5 年以上数据管理或相关领域经验，其中至少 2 年团队管理经验​
2. More than 5 years of experience in data management or related fields, with at least 2 years of team management experience​
3、有数据治理项目（如 MDM 实施）经验者优先​
3. Those with experience in data governance projects (such as MDM implementation) will be given priority​
4、精通 SQL，熟悉企业核心业务领域（如客户、产品、财务）的数据管理需求​
4. Proficient in SQL, familiar with the data management requirements of the enterprise's core business areas (such as customers, products, finance)​
5、基于数据发现问题，提出优化建议​
5. Identify problems based on data and propose optimization suggestions​
6、能跨部门推动复杂项目，协调业务与 IT 团队利益​
