负责自动化和数字化领域在药明生物各个工厂收集业务需求，与工厂的工艺，设备等用户密切合作，深刻理解用户业务痛点和需求，给出技术支持和优化方案，并推进方案的实施。
Requirement Analysis & Solution Implementation，Collect business needs in the fields of automation and digitalization across WuXi Biologics manufacturing sites. Collaborate closely with process engineers, equipment users, and other stakeholders to deeply understand pain points and requirements, providing technical support, optimization solutions, and driving implementation.
建立和维护持续改善流程制度，高效地推进机会识别到项目落地的全周期改善活动。
Establish and maintain continuous improvement processes, efficiently driving full-cycle improvement activities from opportunity identification to project execution.
作为SIP 项目责任人，负责跨团队协作和任务管理；定期向业务领导进行沟通汇报，包括技术路演和商业汇报等。确保业务需求和商业价值得到实现。
Act as the SIP owner, leading cross-functional collaboration and task management. Regularly communicate progress to business leaders through technical roadshows, business reviews, and other updates, ensuring business needs and commercial value are achieved.
协助本地自动化系统资产管理和风险管控，制订升级计划，补丁策略等， 确保系统符合GMP法规和安全要求。
Support local automation system asset management and risk control, including upgrade planning, patch strategies, and ensuring compliance with GMP regulations and security requirements.
GAIS标准和Local工作流程的制定和完善，并负责向各个工厂推广，确保标准统一；
Develop and refine GAIS standards and local SOP procedure, promoting adoption across sites to ensure global alignment.

Stay updated on automation technology trends, introducing new technologies and solutions to meet evolving business needs
组织技术培训。负责各个工厂的自动化和数字化相关的经验和教训分享；
Organize technical training sessions and facilitate best practice sharing in automation and digitalization across all manufacturing sites.
