EHS专家 - 虫控方向

Responsibilities/岗位职责:

Ÿ Serve as the Site Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Pest Control, responsible for developing and implementing the site pest management strategy, including the drafting and periodic revision of pest control procedures, establishment of pest control facilities, and oversight of routine pest control inspections.

作为基地虫控主题专家（SME），负责制定并推动实施基地虫控管理策略，包括虫控制度的编制与修订、虫控设施规划与布置，以及日常虫控检查管理。

Ÿ Lead pest-related incident investigations, perform root cause analysis, and prepare investigation reports along with appropriate corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).

组织虫害相关事件调查，开展根本原因分析，制定并跟踪纠正与预防措施（CAPA），完成调查报告。

Ÿ Conduct routine EHS inspections and hazard identification activities, track corrective actions, and ensure timely closure of identified safety and environmental risks.

开展日常EHS检查及安全隐患排查，跟踪整改措施落实情况，确保风险及时消除。

Ÿ Organize and participate in EHS risk assessments, including workplace hazards, contractor activities, facility modifications, and operational changes.

组织并参与EHS风险评估，包括作业活动、承包商作业、设施变更及运营变更等风险评估工作。

Ÿ Develop, and execute emergency preparedness programs, including emergency response drills, tabletop exercises, and related training activities.

建立并维护应急管理体系，组织开展应急演练、桌面推演及相关培训，提升应急响应能力。

Ÿ Support customer audits and regulatory GMP inspections (e.g., FDA, EMA, NMPA) on EHS-related compliance matters.

负责支持支持客户审计及官方GMP检查（如FDA、EMA、NMPA）中涉及EHS相关合规事项的审核与答复。

Ÿ Manage pest control service providers, including contractor performance monitoring, service quality oversight, and compliance with site and GMP requirements.

负责虫控服务供应商管理，包括服务质量监督、绩效评估及GMP合规性管理.

Ÿ Perform other responsibilities assigned by the management.

其他管理层安排的事宜。

Requirements/职位要求:

Ÿ Bachelor's degree or above, coupled with a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in EHS, the pharmaceutical industry, or pest control-related fields.

3年以上EHS、医药行业或虫控相关工作经验，本科及以上学历。

Ÿ Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to lead EHS incident investigations, identify root causes, and drive effective corrective and preventive actions.

具备良好的逻辑分析、问题解决及沟通表达能力，能够主导EHS事件调查，识别根本原因，并推动纠正与预防措施的有效实施。

Ÿ Good English writing and speaking skill.

良好的英语听说读写技能。

Ÿ Familiar with Excel and PowerPoint.

熟练使用Excel和PowerPoint。

Ÿ Experience in GMP audits, regulatory inspections, or EHS compliance reviews, with strong audit communication and coordination skills, is preferred.

具有GMP审计、法规检查或EHS合规审核经验，具备良好的审计沟通与协调能力者优先。
