任职要求与资质（以下一个或多个领域）：
• 具备细胞培养及细胞库管理经验，包括小鼠及人源肿瘤细胞系。
• 精通肿瘤学体内动物模型，具有丰富的实操经验。
• 能够以清晰、简洁的方式组织和呈现复杂数据集。
• 具备统计学、数据分析的基础知识，能够评估实验数据的可重复性与可靠性。
优先条件：
• 具有生物药发现研究经验，熟悉多种大分子药物形式及相关技术。
• 具有小鼠系统体内肿瘤疾病模型经验，并能将其应用于药物药效学评价及作用机制研究。
教育背景：
• 免疫学、肿瘤学、细胞生物学、药理学或相关领域本科及以上学历，或同等学力。
Requirement and qualifications in one or multiple of the following fields:
•Experienced in cell culture and cell banking, including mouse and human tumor cell lines.
•Expertise and hands-on experience in in vivo animal models on oncology.
•Ability to organize and communicate complex data sets in a clear and concise manner.
•Basic understanding of statistics, data analysis, and assessment of reproducibility and reliability of experimental data.
Preferred:
•Proven experience with biologics drug discovery and demonstrable knowledge of multiple large molecule formats and associated technologies.
•Experience with in vivo cancer disease models in the mouse system and their application towards pharmacological assessment of drug efficacy and mode-of-action.
Education:
•Bachelor’s degree and above, or equivalent in immunology, oncology, cell biology and pharmacology or related fields.
