Responsibilities/岗位职责:
Establish and continuously improve the China emergency management system, including the development and revision of emergency management policies, standards, and procedures. Drive the standardization of emergency management practices across sites and promote the adoption of best practices. Organize annual emergency management system assessments and management reviews.
建立并持续完善中国区应急管理体系，制定和更新应急管理制度、标准和流程，推动各基地应急管理标准统一和最佳实践推广，组织年度应急管理体系评估与管理评审
Review and approve emergency incident reports, lead incident investigations, and facilitate root cause analysis. Review emergency response and investigation reports submitted by sites, track the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), and organize lessons learned sharing and case review sessions.
负责应急突发事件的报告审核，组织事件调查并推动根本原因分析，审核基地提交的应急响应报告及调查报告，跟踪纠正预防措施的落实情况，组织经验教训分享和案例复盘
Provide ERC support and coordination during emergency situations, monitor incident response and recovery progress, support post-incident reviews and continuous improvement activities following major events, and participate in crisis management-related projects.
在突发事件发生时提供ERC支持与协调，跟踪事件处置和恢复进展，支持重大事件后的复盘和改进工作，参与危机管理相关项目
Develop the annual emergency drill and exercise program, organize cross-site emergency drills and tabletop exercises, review exercise reports and improvement action plans, and drive the development and capability enhancement of emergency response teams
制定年度应急演练计划，组织跨基地综合应急演练和桌面推演，审核演练报告和改进计划，推动ERC、CERC及应急队伍能力建设
EHS digitalization: support EHS digital new requirement and cooperate with IT/third party to design and build new EHS related platform
EHS数字化：支持部门新的数字化需求，与IT及第三方合作设计开发新的EHS相关平台。
Manage EHS intranet, publish EHS notice and sharing timely
维护EHS内网，及时发布EHS相关通知、分享等
Support EHS internal，compliance audit and supplier audit
支持EHS内审、法规符合性审核及供应商审核
Support ESG annual report and ESG rating related work
支持ESG年度报告及评级相关工作
Perform other responsibilities assigned by the management.
其他管理层安排的事宜。
Requirements/职位要求:
Bachelor's degree or above, coupled with a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in EHS, the pharmaceutical industry-related fields.
3年以上EHS、医药行业相关工作经验，本科及以上学历。
Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to lead EHS incident investigations, identify root causes, and drive effective corrective and preventive actions.
具备良好的逻辑分析、问题解决及沟通表达能力，能够主导EHS事件调查，识别根本原因，并推动纠正与预防措施的有效实施。
Good English writing and speaking skill.
良好的英语听说读写技能。
Familiar with Excel and PowerPoint.
熟练使用Excel和PowerPoint。
Experience in GMP audits, regulatory inspections, or EHS compliance reviews, with strong audit communication and coordination skills, is preferred.
具有GMP审计、法规检查或EHS合规审核经验，具备良好的审计沟通与协调能力者优先。
