1、 作为全球GMP & non-GMP运输管理小组成员, 需协调承运商招标工作，日常运营及账单管理以及运输相关KPIs追踪。包括但不限于产品,样品和普货发运及运输管理，包括提供2-8℃冷链运输、干冰运输、室内运输等;
As the team member of Global GMP transportation management group, coordinate forwarders bidding, routine shipping business management, forwarder invoice reconciliation and transportation related KPIs monitoring. Including but not limited as Products & Samples & Normal cargo shipmen and transportation management, including providing 2-8'℃ cold chain transportation, dry ice transportation, room temperature transportation, etc.
2、代表无锡仓库作为项目成员，参与新项目引入管理会议，与PM(项目经理），生产（MFG/DP)，供应链进出口、计划、客户合作，确保仓库按照总体项目推进计划及时协调仓库资源建立对应的物料/中间产品/产品的存储和对应GMP作业流程的建立。
Represent Wuxi warehouse as project team member, participate in new project introduction meetings, collaborate with PM, MFG/DP, supply chain import-export, planning and customers, build and ensure warehousing capabilities establishment meet project delivery requirement, Promptly coordinate warehouse resources to establish related capability, including RM/intermediate products/FG storage capability & relevant GMP operational procedure.
3、协同客户，承运商，仓库产品组针对客户特殊需求和产品特性，建立有效的沟通机制，撰写相关文件，确保客户的运输需求及时落地。
Collaborate with client, forwarders and warehouse product management team establish effective communication method, prepare the relevant documentation and ensure promptly output of customers' transportation requirement in terms of new products characters and customers specific demand.
4、积极改善流程中的痛点，优化操作流程，提高工作效率和内部客户满意度。
Actively identify the pain point and set up improvement action, improve work efficiency and internal customer satisfaction.
5、参与公司合规等自检，落实仓库全员合规的各项培训，确保全员每项工作的合规符合性。
Participant in company’s compliance self-inspection, conduct relevant training on time to ensure all staff strictly follow.
6、协调中国和国外客户团队的仓库参观，介绍整个仓库的业务模式和物料产品存储,吞吐和作业能力。
Facilitate warehouse visit for Chinese & foreign client groups, introduce warehouse entire business model and material/product storage, throughput & operation capacities.
7、获得GMP产品作业技能认证，支持和参与完成产品管理组的一些现场GMP操作活动。
Get certification of GMP product operational skills. Support & participant in the GMP-related operational activities of product management group.
8、完成上级交代的临时工作。
Complete the temporary work assigned by line manager.
