· Plan and execute experiments with minimal supervision, with focus on cell culture and cell banking, cell-based assays, ELISA, or enzyme activity.

· Communicate with supervisor and collaborate with coworkers in bioassay analysis, data analysis, routine testing and troubleshooting.

· Analyze experimental data independently with high quality, efficiency and productivity with cGMP compliance;

· Play active roles in preparing scientific writing and documents (e.g. AMPs, transfer reports, assay evaluation and qualification reports).

· To represent the department in CMC team for selected integrated and standalone projects

Basic Qualifications:

·Bachelor or M.S.in pharmaceutical, biology, Cell biology, immunology or a related field.

· Knowledge in biochemistry, immunology, virology, cell biology and/or bio-pharmacy.

· Previous mammalian cell culture experience is required

· Detail-oriented and quality-driven

· Prior experience with antibody, bi-specific and fusion protein analysis is preferred.

· Prior hands-on experiences in cell-based assays /ELISA/enzyme activity desirable.

· Highly motivated to embrace new technologies and tools.

· Good communication skills including writing and presentation in English are preferred.
