Responsibilities Include
Support day-to-day digital marketing operations, including campaign setup, list management, email execution, web update coordination, reporting, and lead flow monitoring.
Administer HubSpot for marketing operations needs, including lists, forms, properties, workflows, campaign tracking, reporting views, dashboards, and related documentation.
Maintain CRM and marketing data quality through imports, list hygiene, duplicate review, field updates, source tracking, lifecycle stage accuracy, and campaign attribution checks.
Support HubSpot structure and governance, including properties, custom objects, associations, views, reports, dashboards, workflow logic, and naming conventions.
Monitor lead capture, routing logic, workflow performance, integrations, field mapping, and data issues; troubleshoot problems and document updates.
Support the inbound lead funnel from form capture through routing and follow-up, including segmentation, lead status updates, nurture placement, and reporting.
Work with cross-functional teams to execute and measure email, event, paid media, organic social, and website-related campaigns.
Monitor website traffic, campaign engagement, email performance, paid media results, and lead funnel activity; share clear reporting and practical optimization recommendations.
Support events and conferences through email campaigns, social media posts, list management, form setup, lead capture coordination, and post-event campaign monitoring.
Other duties as required.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or higher in digital marketing, marketing operations, business, communications, information systems, or a related field.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
4+ years of digital marketing, digital operations, marketing operations, CRM administration, or marketing automation experience.
Strong working knowledge of HubSpot, including emails, forms, lists, workflows, properties, campaign tracking, reporting, and dashboards.
Hands-on experience with CRM data administration, including data hygiene, imports, segmentation, field mapping, duplicate review, validation, and reporting accuracy.
Experience supporting HubSpot administration, including properties, custom objects, record associations, dashboards, views, lifecycle stages, and workflow governance.
Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot integrations, Google Analytics, Google Ads, UTM tracking, and campaign performance reporting.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and keep campaign and system details accurate.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Working knowledge of PPC, paid social, SEO principles, UTM tracking, and campaign performance measurement.
Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns across email, paid media, social media, website, and event channels.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to turn campaign, funnel, website, and CRM data into actionable recommendations.
Functional understanding of Google Analytics reporting, including dashboards, traffic analysis, source tracking, and conversion reporting.
Work knowledge of WordPress, HTML5, CSS, and website content management is a plus.
Experience using Microsoft Office 365 cloud applications.
Some travel may be required.
