Scientific Leader, Antibody Discovery

Responsibilities

Lead and execute antibody discovery projects by leveraging state-of-the-art platforms and technologies, including but not limited to Hybridoma, Single B Cell Discovery, and Display Technologies (Phage Display, Yeast Display, etc.), ensuring successful project delivery.

Develop scientifically sound project strategies and experimental approaches based on a thorough understanding of client needs and project objectives. Independently interpret complex data, identify critical issues, and provide technical leadership to drive project success.

Drive technology innovation and platform enhancement by continuously optimizing workflows, improving platform efficiency and productivity, and implementing new technologies to strengthen antibody discovery capabilities.

Serve as the technical lead for client-facing projects, effectively communicating project progress, technical findings, and strategic recommendations to global clients.

Provide scientific mentorship and technical guidance to team members, fostering technical excellence and supporting team development.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality project execution and timely delivery.

Qualifications

Ph.D. in Immunology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related life science discipline.

Minimum 5 years of industry experience in antibody discovery, with hands-on expertise in one or more platforms such as Hybridoma, Single B Cell Discovery, Phage Display, or Yeast Display.

Strong understanding of antibody discovery principles and demonstrated experience in experimental design, troubleshooting, and data interpretation.

Proven track record of delivering antibody discovery programs and solving complex scientific challenges. Experience in technology development, platform optimization, or workflow improvement is highly desirable.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with international clients and multidisciplinary teams.

Fluent spoken and written English, capable of leading technical discussions, client meetings, and scientific presentations.

负责抗体发现平台的持续优化与创新，结合项目经验及行业发展趋势，推动新技术引入、流程优化和技术升级，不断提升平台效率、成功率及客户体验。

作为项目技术负责人，与全球客户保持密切沟通，准确理解客户需求，及时汇报项目进展，提供专业技术建议，建立长期合作关系。

参与团队技术能力建设，指导和培养科研人员，推动团队专业能力持续提升。

任职要求

生物学、免疫学、分子生物学、生物工程或相关专业博士学历。

具有5年以上工业界抗体发现研发经验，熟悉杂交瘤技术、单B细胞技术及展示技术中的一种或多种技术平台，并具有成功项目经验。

具备扎实的抗体发现理论基础和丰富的实验设计能力，能够独立解决复杂技术问题。

具备平台建设、技术优化或新技术开发经验者优先。

优秀的客户沟通与项目管理能力，能够与国内外客户进行专业技术交流。

英语听说读写流利，可熟练开展英文技术讨论、项目汇报及客户会议。
