Advanced Manufacturing Lead

1. Project Delivery & Product Implementation (50%)

Requirement Gathering: Go deep into the front-line biologics drug substance (DS) production areas to identify process bottlenecks and pain points.Write high-quality business requirement documents, acting as the representative of the "internal customer" for the digital technology team.

Project Collaboration: Work closely with the company's digital technology team (Data Scientists, Software Developers, Architects, etc.) on the design, development, and testing of digital products (e.g., MES, Data Platform, AI platform).

Plant Deployment: Collaborate with GDT on the actual deployment of digital solutions in the factory, including nvironment preparation, system configuration, data migration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and go-live cutover, ensuring stable system operation and compliance with GMP regulations.

2. Data Governance & Analysis (30%)

Data Standardization: Lead data governance initiatives within the manufacturing domain. Establish unified data standards (e.g., master data management for equipment, materials, process parameters) to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.

Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis tools to identify bottlenecks, anomalies, and optimization opportunities in production processes. Drive production operation decisions using data insights (e.g., OEE improvement, energy consumption optimization, quality trend prediction).

3. Change Management & Capability Training (20%)

Culture Promotion: Act as a change agent, communicating the value of digitalization to front-line staff and management, mitigating resistance, and fostering a culture that embraces digital change.

Skill Development: Design and organize digital skills training for production personnel (e.g., new system operation, basic data analysis, digital tool utilization) to enhance overall digital literacy and ensure the tools are effectively used.
