1. 教育程度/经验Education background/ Experience ：
本科以上学历，生物、化学、医药工程等相关专业，或具有同等工作经验的人员。 Junior college degree (or above) with major in Biology, Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Engineering or related Science major or person with equivalent experiences.
2. 其他要求Other requirements：
具有细胞扩增、细胞培养、深层过滤等GMP生产操作的相关知识或经验。 Have knowledge in GMP production about cell expansion, cell culture depth filtration and so on.
熟练使用office等办公软件。 Highly skilled at office software.
具有较好的沟通能力和理解能力，工作积极向上并具有良好的学习能力。 Have good communication and understanding ability. With an optimistic work attitude and good learning ability.
具有良好的组织能力，强烈的职业道德，并勤于保存数据文档保证数据完整性。 Must be well organized, have a strong work ethic, and be diligent in data documentation for integrity.
3. 工作职责JOB RESPONSIBILITY
负责按GMP要求进行器具准备、细胞扩增、细胞培养、离心及深层过滤等生产工艺操作。 Be responsible for instrument preparation, cell expansion, cell culture, centrifuge and depth filtration and other process operation per GMP requirement.
负责按GMP要求进行洁净区内的清洁消毒工作，如周期清洁、清场清洁和设备表面清洁等。 Be responsible for cleaning in the clean area per GMP requirement, such as periodic cleaning, changeover cleaning and equipment cleaning, etc.
负责SOP/MBR/URS/FAT/SAT等文件的起草/升版/废除。 Be responsible for drafting/revising/abolish SOP/MBR/URS/FAT/SAT or other documents.
负责配合部门对其他有需求的员工进行相关培训，并按时完成个人的培训任务。 Be responsible for training or coordinating training, and maintaining individual training record on time.
参与新设备引入等相关工作。 Participate in new equipment introduction.
配合工程或相关部门完成设备验证、计量、维护等工作。 Cooperate with ENG or other department to complete equipment verification, calibration and maintenance.
负责细胞复苏环境监测。 Be responsible for vial thaw EM.
