负责厂房暖通系统的整体管理与运维，包括GMP洁净空调系统及相关环境控制系统，建立稳定、合规、高效的暖通管理体系，保障洁净环境符合生产要求，并持续提升系统可靠性与能效水平。
Responsible for overall management and operation of HVAC systems, including GMP cleanroom HVAC and environmental control systems, establishing a stable, compliant, and efficient HVAC management system to ensure cleanroom conditions meet production requirements while continuously improving system reliability and energy efficiency.
岗位职责 / Job Responsibilities
1. 暖通系统管理体系建设
建立并持续优化暖通系统管理体系。
Establish and continuously improve HVAC management systems.
制定运行标准、操作规程及维护策略，推动标准化管理。
Develop operating standards, SOPs, and maintenance strategies to drive standardization.
确保系统符合GMP、EHS及相关法规要求。
Ensure compliance with GMP, EHS, and regulatory requirements.
2. 暖通系统运行与维护管理
负责洁净室HVAC系统及厂房空调系统的运行与维护。
Manage operation and maintenance of cleanroom HVAC systems and facility air conditioning systems.
确保温湿度、压差及洁净度满足工艺要求。
Ensure temperature, humidity, pressure differentials, and cleanliness meet process requirements.
组织巡检、维护及保养工作，确保系统稳定运行。
Organize inspections and maintenance to ensure stable system performance.
3. 洁净室环境控制管理
负责洁净室环境控制策略及运行管理。
Manage cleanroom environment control strategies and operations.
确保关键环境参数稳定控制。
Ensure stable control of critical environmental parameters.
配合生产及QA应对环境异常。
Support Production and QA in handling environmental deviations.
4. 故障管理与可靠性提升
主导暖通系统故障诊断及应急处理。
Lead troubleshooting and emergency response for HVAC systems.
开展根因分析并推动CAPA实施。
Conduct root cause analysis and implement CAPA.
持续降低系统故障率及运行风险。
Continuously reduce failure rates and operational risks.
5. 能源管理与节能优化
推动HVAC系统能效优化及节能项目实施。
Drive HVAC energy optimization and energy-saving initiatives.
分析系统运行数据，优化运行模式。
Analyze system performance data and optimize operation strategies.
降低能源消耗并提升系统效率。
Reduce energy consumption and improve efficiency.
6. 工程项目及系统改造管理
参与暖通系统相关工程项目及改造项目。
Participate in HVAC-related engineering construction and retrofit projects.
包括设计评审、安装、调试及交付。
Support design review, installation, commissioning, and handover.
确保满足GMP及验证要求。
Ensure compliance with GMP and qualification requirements.
7. 合规与审计支持
确保暖通系统运行符合GMP及法规要求。
Ensure HVAC system operation complies with GMP and regulatory requirements.
支持内部及外部审计及检查。
Support internal and external audits.
负责偏差、变更及CAPA管理。
Manage deviations, change control, and CAPA.
8. 团队管理与跨部门协作
建立并管理暖通团队。
Build and manage the HVAC team.
与生产、QA、工程及公用设施团队协同。
Collaborate with Production, QA, Engineering, and Utilities teams.
提升团队技术能力与执行效率。
Enhance team capability and execution efficiency.
9. 成本与资源管理
负责暖通系统运维预算及成本控制。
Manage O&M budget and cost control for HVAC systems.
优化备件及资源配置。
Optimize spare parts and resource allocation.
任职要求 / Job Requirements
教育背景 / Education
本科及以上学历，暖通、能源、机械或相关工程专业。
Bachelor’s degree or above in HVAC, Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines.
工作经验 / Experience
8年以上暖通或公用设施相关经验。
Minimum 8 years of experience in HVAC or utilities.
具备洁净室HVAC系统管理经验。
Experience in GMP cleanroom HVAC systems is required.
具备团队管理经验优先。
Leadership experience is preferred.
专业能力 / Technical Competence
熟悉洁净室空调系统运行原理及控制策略。
Familiar with cleanroom HVAC systems and control strategies.
熟悉温湿度、压差及洁净度控制。
Familiar with temperature, humidity, pressure differential, and cleanliness control.
具备系统故障分析及优化能力。
Strong troubleshooting and optimization capability.
具备能源管理及节能优化能力。
