岗位描述 / Job Description
负责厂房电气系统的整体管理与运维，包括电力系统、电气设备及相关控制系统，确保系统安全、稳定及高效运行，同时支持工程建设与改造项目，推动电气系统持续优化与合规管理。
Responsible for overall management and operation of facility electrical systems, including power distribution systems, electrical equipment, and related control systems, ensuring system safety, stability, and efficiency, while supporting engineering construction and retrofit projects and driving continuous optimization and compliance.
岗位职责 / Job Responsibilities
1. 电气管理体系建设
负责建立并持续优化厂房电气管理体系，确保符合GMP、EHS及电气安全规范。
Establish and continuously improve the electrical management system to ensure compliance with GMP, EHS, and electrical safety standards.
制定电气运维标准、操作规程及技术规范，推动标准化管理。
Develop electrical O&M standards, SOPs, and technical guidelines to drive standardization.
2. 电气系统运行与运维管理
负责厂区供配电系统（高压/低压、电力分配、UPS、备用电源等）的运行与维护。
Manage operation and maintenance of plant power systems (HV/LV distribution, power networks, UPS, backup power systems).
制定并执行电气维护计划，保障系统稳定运行。
Develop and execute maintenance plans to ensure system stability.
组织电气巡检及运行监控，及时发现并处理问题。
Organize inspections and monitoring of electrical systems to ensure early detection and resolution of issues.
3. 故障管理与可靠性提升
主导电气系统故障排查与应急响应，确保快速恢复运行。
Lead troubleshooting and emergency response for electrical system failures to ensure rapid recovery.
开展根因分析并推动CAPA实施，降低故障率。
Conduct root cause analysis and drive CAPA to reduce failure rates.
推动电气系统可靠性及可用性持续提升。
Drive continuous improvement in system reliability and availability.
4. 工程建设及电气项目管理
负责新建厂房及设备项目中的电气系统设计评审、施工管理及调试。
Lead electrical system design review, construction management, and commissioning for new facility and equipment projects.
参与工程项目全过程管理，确保进度、质量及成本目标达成。
Participate in full lifecycle project management to ensure delivery of schedule, quality, and cost targets.
支持厂房及系统改造项目实施，确保平稳切换。
Support retrofit projects and ensure smooth system transition.
5. 电气设计与技术评审
负责电气系统方案评估及设计审核，确保满足法规及生产要求。
Evaluate and review electrical system designs to ensure compliance with regulatory and production requirements.
推动电气系统技术优化及节能方案实施。
Drive technical optimization and energy-saving initiatives for electrical systems.
6. 合规与安全管理
确保电气系统符合国家规范及安全要求。
Ensure all electrical systems comply with national regulations and safety standards.
支持安全评估、风险分析及整改措施实施。
Support safety assessments, risk analysis, and corrective actions.
支持内外部审计及偏差调查。
Support audits and deviation investigations.
7. 团队管理与跨部门协作
建立并管理电气团队，提升团队技术能力及执行力。
Build and manage the electrical team to enhance technical capability and execution.
与工程、UTI、生产及自动化团队协同，保障系统稳定运行。
Collaborate with Engineering, Utilities, Production, and Automation teams to ensure stable operations.
8. 成本与资源管理
负责电气运维预算及成本控制。
Manage electrical O&M budget and cost control.
优化备件及资源配置，提高运行效率。
Optimize spare parts and resource allocation to improve efficiency.
任职要求 / Job Requirements
教育背景 / Education
本科及以上学历，电气、电力系统、电气自动化或相关专业。
Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or Automation.
工作经验 / Experience
具备8年以上电气工程或电气运维经验，其中至少3年以上团队管理经验。
Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical engineering or O&M, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
具备厂房电气系统管理经验（供配电系统、UPS、应急电源等）。
Solid experience in facility electrical systems (power distribution, UPS, backup systems).
具备工程建设或电气系统改造项目管理经验。
Proven experience in electrical construction or retrofit project management.
专业能力 / Technical Competence
熟悉电气系统设计、运行及维护要求。
Familiar with electrical system design, operation, and maintenance.
能够阅读并审核电气图纸及系统方案。
Able to review electrical drawings and system schemes.
具备故障诊断及可靠性管理能力。

熟悉GMP及相关法规要求。
