负责生产及公用系统自动化相关工作，包括自动化系统的运行维护、故障处理、优化升级及项目实施，确保系统稳定可靠运行并符合GMP及法规要求。
Responsible for automation-related activities across production and utility systems, including operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, optimization, and project implementation, ensuring system stability, reliability, and compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements.
岗位职责 / Job Responsibilities
1. 自动化系统运维管理
负责PLC、SCADA、DCS、MES等自动化系统的日常运维。
Manage daily operation and maintenance of automation systems such as PLC, SCADA, DCS, and MES.
确保系统稳定运行并支持生产需求。
Ensure stable system operation to support manufacturing activities.
持续监控系统运行状态并识别潜在风险。
Monitor system performance and identify potential risks.
2. 故障排查与问题解决
负责自动化系统故障诊断及处理。
Troubleshoot and resolve automation system issues.
参与根因分析并推动CAPA实施。
Participate in root cause analysis and implement CAPA actions.
提升系统可靠性及响应效率。
Improve system reliability and response efficiency.
3. 自动化系统优化与改进
分析生产及设备运行数据，优化控制逻辑及系统参数。
Analyze production and equipment data to optimize control logic and system parameters.
持续提升自动化系统运行效率及稳定性。
Continuously improve automation system performance and stability.
推动自动化及数字化改进项目落地。
Drive automation and digitalization improvement initiatives.
4. 工程项目支持与实施
参与新建项目及设备改造中的自动化系统设计与实施。
Participate in automation design and implementation for new and retrofit projects.
支持系统集成、调试及投产工作。
Support system integration, commissioning, and startup.
参与FAT、SAT及调试验证活动。
Participate in FAT, SAT, and commissioning activities.
5. 自动化系统生命周期管理
参与自动化系统全生命周期管理，包括设计、开发、运行及升级。
Support full lifecycle management of automation systems, including design, development, operation, and upgrade.
维护系统文档及程序版本管理。
Maintain system documentation and version control.
6. 数据与系统集成管理
支持自动化系统与MES、数据平台及其他系统的集成。
Support integration of automation systems with MES and data platforms.
参与数据采集、分析及可视化工作。
Support data acquisition, analysis, and visualization.
7. 合规与审计支持
确保自动化系统符合GMP、数据完整性及相关法规要求。
Ensure automation systems comply with GMP, data integrity, and regulatory requirements.
支持审计、偏差调查及变更管理。
Support audits, deviation investigations, and change control.
8. 文件与培训支持
编写及维护自动化系统相关SOP及技术文件。
Develop and maintain SOPs and technical documentation.
对操作人员及相关人员提供培训支持。
Provide training and technical support to users.
任职要求 / Job Requirements
教育背景 / Education
本科及以上学历，自动化、计算机、电子工程或相关专业。
Bachelor’s degree or above in Automation, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
工作经验 / Experience
3–5年以上自动化相关工作经验。
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automation engineering.
具备制药或相关行业经验优先。
Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated industries is preferred.
专业能力 / Technical Competence
熟悉PLC、DCS、SCADA、MES等自动化系统。
Familiar with PLC, DCS, SCADA, and MES systems.
熟悉DeltaV系统优先。
Experience with DeltaV systems is preferred.
熟悉西门子PLC（如S7系列）优先。
Experience with Siemens PLC (e.g., S7 series) is preferred.
具备自动化系统调试及故障排查能力。
Strong capability in system commissioning and troubleshooting.
熟悉GMP及数据完整性要求。
Familiar with GMP and data integrity requirements.
具备一定编程或脚本开发能力优先。
Programming or scripting capability is preferred.
