本科以上学历，生物、化学、医药工程等相关专业，或具有同等工作经验的人员。 Junior college degree (or above) with major in Biology, Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Engineering or related Science major or person with equivalent experiences.

3.工作职责JOB RESPONSIBILITY
参加GMP培训，进入车间遵循GMP规范。 Attend GMP training, follow the GMP standards in the manufacturing workshop. 按GMP要求执行蛋白纯化操作，包括溶液配制，层析柱拆装，蛋白纯化工序（层析，病毒灭活，深层过滤，除病毒过滤，超滤，辅料添加和原液分装等操作）。 Perform the operation of protein purification according to GMP requirements, including buffer preparation, column packing and unpacking, protein purification (chromatography, viral inactivation, depth filtration, viral filtration, ultrafiltration and diafiltration, formulation and bulk fill, etc.)
起草/升版/审核/废除SOP/MBR等GMP文件。 Drafting/updating/reviewing/abolishing the GMP documents of SOP/MBR, etc. 下游生产的管理和培训、协调资源，完成其他工作，保证GMP顺利生产。 Management and training of downstream production, coordination of resources, completion of other work to ensure smooth GMP production.
