电气工程师将负责厂房和设备的电气系统设计、安装、调试及维护，同时支持审计工作及偏差调查，制定根因分析（RCA）和纠正预防措施（CAPA），确保所有电气相关工作符合安全及生产规范。你将与跨部门团队协作，支持新项目建设以及既有设施的优化升级。
As a member of WuXi Biologics Engineering Department, the Electrical Engineer will be responsible for the design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems for facilities and equipment, while supporting audit activities, deviation investigations, root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new project construction and existing facilities optimization.
主要职责 | Key Responsibilities
电气系统设计与评估 | Electrical System Design & Evaluation
负责厂房设备及电气系统的设计，包括绘制图纸，与承包商及设计团队合作，确保符合国家法规与公司标准。
Responsible for the design of facility equipment and electrical systems, including drawing schematics, working with contractors and design teams to ensure compliance with national regulations and company standards.
定期评估现有电气系统的性能，提出优化建议以提高效率及符合质量要求。
Periodically evaluate the performance of existing electrical systems and propose optimization solutions to enhance efficiency and meet quality requirements.
安装与调试 | Installation & Commissioning
现场指导电气设备的安装、测试及调试工作，确保符合设计规范及生产需求。
Provide on-site guidance for the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment to ensure compliance with design specifications and production requirements.
记录调试过程中的问题并进行深入分析，实施改进措施并编制报告。
Document issues encountered during commissioning, conduct in-depth analysis, implement improvement measures, and compile detailed reports.
维护与故障排查 | Maintenance & Troubleshooting
制定并实施电气设备的维护计划，确保系统稳定运行并最大化生产效率。
Develop and implement maintenance schedules for electrical equipment to ensure system stability and maximize production efficiency.
针对电气设备的故障进行诊断及快速修复，与其他部门协作解决问题。
Diagnose and promptly repair electrical equipment issues while collaborating with other departments for effective problem resolution.
审计与偏差支持 | Audits & Deviation Support
支持内部及外部审计工作，确保电气系统符合法规要求和企业标准。
Support internal and external audits to ensure electrical systems comply with regulatory requirements and corporate standards.
对偏差事件进行调查，协助制定根因分析（RCA）及纠正预防措施（CAPA），支持解决方案的实施及持续改进。
Investigate deviation events, assist in root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and support the implementation and continuous improvement of solutions.
新项目支持 | Support for New Projects
参与新厂房或设备建设项目中的电气设计与实施工作，确保按时完成并符合质量目标。
Participate in electrical design and implementation for new facility or equipment construction projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with quality objectives.
协调跨部门团队沟通，包括生产、质量等部门，推动项目顺利交付。
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including production and quality departments, to drive smooth project delivery.
法规与安全合规 | Regulatory & Safety Compliance
确保所有电气工作符合政府规定及安全标准，同时支持安全评估与整改优化。
Ensure all electrical work complies with government regulations and safety standards, and support safety assessments and corrective optimization.
负责电气相关文档及审计报告的整理与审核工作。
Manage and review documentation and audit reports related to electrical systems and operations.
任职要求 | Qualifications
学历与经验 | Education & Experience
电气工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。
Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering or related field.
至少3年制造或工程领域电气相关工作经验，有生物制药行业经验者优先。
Minimum of 3 years' relevant work experience in manufacturing or engineering; experience in the biopharmaceutical industry is preferred.
技能要求 | Technical Skills
熟悉电气系统设计、安装及调试流程，掌握电气法规及行业标准。
Proficient in electrical system design, installation, and commissioning processes, with knowledge of electrical regulations and industry standards.
具备偏差调查与根因分析（RCA）能力及相关解决问题经验。
Experience in deviation investigations, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem-solving.
熟练使用AutoCAD、电气设计软件和办公自动化工具。
Proficient in using AutoCAD, electrical design software, and office automation tools.
