数字化专家

1. 负责与业务部门沟通，深入理解业务痛点及数字化需求，识别数字化转型机会，制定数字化技术解决方案及实施路线图。

Partner with business functions to gain a deep understanding of business pain points and digitalization requirements, identify digital transformation opportunities, and develop digital solutions and implementation roadmaps.

2. 负责数字化系统及其他数字化领先技术在业务场景中的应用与推广；负责数字化系统从需求分析、架构设计、项目规划、开发、测试到上线交付的全生命周期管理。

Responsible for the implementation and promotion of digital systems and other advanced digital technologies in business scenarios. Manage the full lifecycle of digital systems, including requirements analysis, architecture design, project planning, development, testing, deployment, and go-live delivery.

3. 参与企业数字化平台业务系统的设计与部署，推动数据标准化、数据治理及数据可视化建设，提升数据质量和数据价值。

Participate in the design and deployment of enterprise digital platforms and business systems. Promote data standardization, data governance, and data visualization initiatives to improve data quality and maximize data value.

4. 负责数字化项目的计划、预算、资源、风险及质量管理，协调内部及外部资源，确保项目按计划、高质量完成并实现预期业务价值。

Manage project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and quality assurance. Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, with high quality, and achieve the expected business value

5. 负责项目状态跟踪、汇报及业务沟通，支持管理层决策；组织用户培训及推广活动，推动数字化解决方案的落地应用与持续优化。

Responsible for project status tracking, reporting, and business communication to support management decision-making. Organize user training and promotion activities to drive the adoption and continuous optimization of digital solutions.

6. 持续关注人工智能、工业数字化及信息技术发展趋势，引入创新技术与最佳实践；为团队成员提供技术指导，促进团队能力提升。

Keep abreast of emerging trends in artificial intelligence, industrial digitalization, and information technology. Introduce innovative technologies and best practices and provide technical guidance to team members to enhance overall team capabilities.

岗位要求 / Requirements

1. 基本要求 / Basic Qualifications

• 计算机科学与技术、软件工程、信息管理等相关专业本科及以上学历;

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Management, or related disciplines.

• 八年以上数字化系统开发、数字化转型或信息化项目实施经验；

Minimum 8 years of experience in digital system development, digital transformation, or information system implementation projects.

• 主导过至少2-3个企业级数字化项目的设计与实施；

Proven experience leading the design and implementation of at least two to three enterprise-level digitalization projects.

• 熟悉制造业或医药行业业务流程者优先；

Familiarity with business processes in the manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.

• 具备较强的需求分析、系统设计及解决方案规划能力。

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated capabilities in requirements analysis, system design, and solution planning.
