岗位职责：

熟练掌握SAP系统操作技能，负责完成[SAP BMO主数据维护]相关工作：
Skilled in SAP system operations, responsible for [SAP BOM master data maintenance] activities:
• 负责SAP系统中DS代码申请与修订； Be responsible for DS code application and revision in SAP system;
• 负责SAP系统中主配方创建与维护；Be responsible for master recipe creation and maintenance in SAP system;
• 根据项目物料采购需求在SAP维护物料清单；Maintain the material list in SAP according to the purchase requirements of project materials;
• 负责跟进FL的物料清单签批情况及SAP BOM的准确录入；Be responsible for following up the material list approval of FL and accurate entry of SAP BOM;
• 负责生产版本创建与维护。Be responsible for production version creation and maintenance.
• 负责资源创建与维护。Be responsible for resource creation and maintenance.
统筹推动或支持GMFG物料相关流程的优化/标准化，推动跨部门协作及持续改善。Coordinate and drive, or provide support for, the optimization and standardization of GMFG material‑related processes, while promoting cross‑functional collaboration and continuous improvement.
• 1) 协调跨部门（MFG/GSO/QA/QC等）协作，以优化物料相关流程的运营效率。Coordinate cross function (QA/QC/GSO etc.) collaboration to optimize operation efficiency of material‑related processes.
• 2) 建立、整合及优化GMFG物料相关流程；制定标准化作业流程或工作指南，确保最佳实践固定化且可复制。Establish, consolidate and optimize material‑related processes of GMFG. Develop standard operating procedures/workflows or work instruction (SOPs/WIs) to ensure best practices to be fixed and replicable.
• 3) 定期评估改进效果，持续迭代优化。Continuously evaluate and refine improvement outcomes.
按需支持其他物料相关工作。Support other material-related support on demand.
协助上级完成部门其他工作。Assist supervisors with other departmental duties as assigned.
• 按时完成个人GMP培训任务，保证自己有资质执行所需操作，负责配合部门对其他有需求的员工进行相关培训
• Complete individual GMP training tasks to ensure the qualification for GMP activities and be responsible for cooperating with the department in relevant training for other employees in need.
任职要求：
本科及以上学历，生物、化学、医药工程等相关专业优先，或具有同等工作经验的人员。
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in biology, chemistry, pharmaceutical engineering or other related specialties, or with equivalent working experience.
具有GMP生产物料流程或SAP系统的相关知识或经验，有1年以上相关工作经验者优先。
Possesses knowledge or experience in GMP production material processes or SAP systems; More than 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
具有较好的沟通能力、协调能力和影响力，能有效推动跨部门协作。
Possesses good communication, coordination skills and influence skills; Able to effectively drive cross-function collaboration.
具有数据分析技能和实际经验者优先。Data analysis skills and practical experience are preferred.
工作积极向上并具有良好的学习能力和理解能力。Positive and proactive at work, with strong learning and comprehension abilities.
具有吃苦耐劳的品质及良好的身体素质。Hardworking, resilient, and in good physical health.
