Core responsibilities：
1. Responsible for EHS on-line data reporting system (Gaia) to provide training and manage new users.
2. Complete EHS regular reports, data in a timely manner, including reports consolidation and data analysis.
3. Responsible for EHS legal watch. Ensure EHS external legal compliance audit and ISO audit are conducted and followed up on time, and ensure the legal compliance status of each site in APAC were followed up regulatory.
4. APAC Contact the window for global industrial risk activity, bridge between SG plant and Paragon for risk audit, attend global industrial risk meeting, and verify some significant change in annual risk report.
5. Develop yearly EHS training plan for all China sites and training organization. Act as a coordinator for Group EHS training and ensure all trainings are delivered timely to targeted employees.
6. Maintain EHS network within APAC, update EHS and management contact list regularly.
7. Organize the EHS meetings, including China EHS council meeting, APAC EHS review meeting, APAC EHS management seminar and etc.
8. Act as auditor in EHS management system audits and perform post-audit action follow-up when needed.
9. Update China EHS portal regularly and communication of EHS culture, event, good practice sharings.
10. Support group EHS activities, including Global EHS Day, EHS project award, and millionaire club application verification.
11. Translate document issued by group, and share document within EHS network.
12. Support team for purchasing issues, Intern management and other administration issues.
Qualification Requirements：
1. University graduate or Master degree in Environmental/Chemical/Safety Engineering
2. 2-3 years above EHS related work experience in industry and manufacturing environment for multinational company or EHS consulting company.
3. Good level of English speaking and written skills
4. Good communication skills and work independently under pressure, good PPT making skills.
