HRBP

Job Purpose

Acting as a trusted HR Business Partner to plant management, supporting the implementation of people initiatives across organization development, performance management, employee relations and culture building. The HRBP will play a key role in enhancing organizational effectiveness and enabling business growth through practical and impactful HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Act as a trusted HR partner to plant management, providing professional advice and driving people initiatives to support business growth and organizational effectiveness

2. Support organization design, workforce planning, and team optimization to enhance organizational effectiveness

3. Participate in annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and annual salary review processes to ensure alignment with business strategy, organizational priorities, and cost effectiveness

4. Coordinate performance cycles and ensure effective implementation across teams, supporting a performance-driven culture

5. Address employee relations matters in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive and stable working environment

6. Partner with HR SSC to ensure the effective delivery of all HR lifecycle processes (onboarding, internal transfer, promotion, contract renewal, etc.), driving operational excellence, policy compliance, and a seamless employee experience

7. Contribute to continuous improvement of HR practices through data analysis and insights, supporting data-driven decision-making

8. Participate in HR projects and initiatives to support business priorities and promote organizational culture development

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, overseas education background is preferred.

2. Experience in leading HR consultant firm is preferred

3. Minimum 5+ years of professional working experience in HR is required

4. Excellent program and project management experience with demonstrated results.

5. Strong HR and business acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking and self-initiative

6. Excellent verbal and written communications and presentation skills
