Core responsibilities：
- Support sales team offering engineering solutions and sales tools like demo, TIS, PPT etc.
- Understand customers’ needs/challenges through phone interaction, email or direct visits
- Coordinate with sales on customer new projects/applications for detailed technical information and lead feasibility study.
- Lead customer projects and assist in the new products development and the transition to PPAP/routine production
- Product design for new opportunities
E.g. application analysis, Lifetime estimation, material selection, sizing trials, assembly job advises, torque measurement, wear analysis, etc.
- Coordinate application tests and competitor analysis with R&D and summarize related reports.
- Samples arrangement and coordinate the application trial both internal and external.
- Coordinate with oversea colleagues for worldwide projects, eg new material, applications, tech trend.
- Participate in self-development and training of others
Qualification Requirements：
Typical Education Level：
BS or Master degree of mechanical engineering or related major.
Relevant experience, knowledge and skills ：
- At least 2-3 years’ relative working experience, knowledge in auto applications is preferred.
- Project management skills and knowledge of IATF16949.
- Good English communication level in both writing and speaking.
- Familiar with AUTOCAD, Solid Works skill is preferred.
