Core responsibilities：
1. Optimize current process to reduce total waste and improve productivity if necessary
2. Write-up and update process documentation.
3. Operators training and qualification.
4. Work with production department solve production issues.
5. Work with quality department on improving product quality level.
6. New product development and support on new production capacity transfer, prepare all necessary information for manufacture, eg., process, drawing, BOM and so on.
7. Complete projects on time and within budget.
8. Work with EHS department to evaluate EHS risk for each new process and process changing.
9. Take part in WCM action in different pillar such as IE, CFS,QPC,RE, IDG,EHS
10. Completed other tasks that assigned by line manager on time.
Qualification Requirements：
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in polymer science, chemical Engineering or composite material background.
2. 3+ years related working experience.
3. Solid theoretical knowledge.
4. Good communication skill in written and spoken English, interpersonal skill.
5. Good in MS Office, analytical and statistics tools.
6. Good experience of problem solving and capable of leading a team to solve process or product problem is preferred.
7. Initiative and self-motivated, and able to work under pressure and deadline.
8. Pro-active, cooperative, be responsible.
9. Diligence and creativity, quick response to issues, efficient time management.
