Purchasing Director

Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the strategic procurement of raw materials, provide prudent raw material resources for Ceramics business development in China;

2. Manage procurement activities of all business and operation units;

3. Establish strategic relationship with suppliers, maximize benefits to company through ensuring quality, prompt raw material supply and cost reduction;

4. Seek for cost reduction opportunities, set cost saving target, lead team to achieve the target and provide regular analysis report;

5. Optimize working capital by balance stock level & AP;

6. Work closely with planning and operation team to provide timely supply of materials and service to assure the business continuity;

7. Ensure all subordinates are fully briefed, counseled, trained and developed to meet department and company objectives.

Relevant experience, knowledge and skills

1 . Bachelor's degree or above;

2. Strong ability and experience in material, production and stock movement management;

3. Strong negotiation skill and strategic thinking;

3. Ability to lead the team to fulfill from planning to implementation, ensure best practices been adopted;

4. Manage multi-business procurement;

5. Strong coordination with operation and other related departments.
