YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for overall production managementin manufacturing process by setting the production objectives, strategies and plans to meet the PS KPIs, business priorities and customer needs. 负责生产过程中的整体生产管理，制定生产目标、战略和计划以满足产品供应KPI、业务重点和客户需求。
Ensure all documents used in manufacturing area comply with CGMP, internal and external regulation, HSE regulation and registered dossiers. 确保生产区域使用的所有文件符合CGMP、内部和外部法规、HSE法规和注册文件。
Ensure all production activities in manufacturing area comply with defined process and standard. Make sure the products meet the quality standards. 确保生产区域的所有生产活动符合规定的流程和标准。确保产品符合质量标准。
Continuously improve the processes to achieve a higher Quality, HSE standard and optimize cost, lead time and flexibility. 不断改进流程以达到更高的质量、HSE 标准并优化成本、交付时间和灵活性。
Accountable for cost control in the area including material, investment in assets, personnel cost etc. to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the spending. 负责物料、资产投资、人员成本等方面的成本控制，确保支出的效率和效果。
Responsible for team set-up, resource allocation, performance management and people development to ensure team’s productivity and capabilities can meet the business needs. 负责团队组建、资源分配、绩效管理和人员发展，确保团队的生产力和能力满足业务需求。
Provide solution to ensure the new product introduction could meet quality, compliance and cost requirement. 提供解决方案以确保新产品的推出能够满足质量、合规性和成本要求。
Ultimately responsible for the responsible area HSE performance; Support HSE activities followed internal & external regulations, procedures & SOPs. 对负责的区域HSE绩效最终负责；遵循内部和外部法规、流程和 SOP 以支持HSE活动。
Lead Cluster PSS initiatives, such as PDCA, PDT and UPDT improvement. 领导组内PSS活动，例如PDCA，PDT和UPDT提升。
WHO YOU ARE
Bachelor and above degree, major in pharmaceutical, chemistry, engineering, production etc.本科及以上学历，药学、生物学、化学、工程、生产等相关专业
At least 10 years working experience in production. More than 5 years in managing multiple teams.至少3年及以上药品、食品或化妆品制造工作的行业经验
Familiar with GMP regulations. 熟悉GMP法规
Strong influencing skills and collaboration spirit; solid experience in managing conflicts. 较强的影响力和协作精神；扎实的处理冲突的经验
High learning agility to adapt to changes 适应变化的高学习敏捷性
Able to work in both English and Chinese 能用中英文工作
