Compliance Counsel

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead compliance system/process optimization, e.g. Opera 2.0 for preapproval, Fusion for event execution and HCP verification, Master Data for HCO and speaker management, AI tools to facilitate reviewers in compliance check, and/or

Lead compliance monitoring & big data projects, e.g. ICM, compliance dashboard

Collaborate with LPCx in TPDD project as assigned by the supervisor

Act as focal contact of a Bayer division (e.g. CH or CS) for general compliance support

Work closely with EDM, RM, IA, IT, Procurement, Finance compliance projects

Support BD&L deals (e.g. CSO model) from general compliance perspective as assigned by the supervisor

Other ad-hoc projects or compliance matters as assigned by the supervisor

WHO YOU ARE

Bachelor degree or above

Strong sense of integrity and belief in integrity as a core value in business

At least 5-6 years’ work experience as in-house legal and/or compliance counsel for multinational companies (Healthcare industry preferred)

Strategic thinking, highly collaborative, good analytical and communication skills in both Chinese and English

Good business acumen and insights

Ability to work in highly matrix organization,be able to handle multi-task with good sense of urgency

Team player and good interpersonal skills

Self-aware, perceptive, persistent
