IC Testing Engineer/IC 测试工程师

岗位职责:

Responsibilities:

1. 编写测试脚本，测试analog和RF模块芯片的子模块以及系统指标，及时发现芯片的异常指标；

Write test scripts to test sub-modules of analog and RF module chips as well as system indicators, and find abnormal indicators of the chips in a timely manner.

2. 支持芯片设计工程师，在芯片流片回片时的芯片性能调优等事宜；

Supporting chip design engineers, chip performance tuning and other matters when the chip is flowing back to the chip.

3. 将组内代码释放到ATE，支持ATE程序调试和转产事宜；

Release in-group code to ATE, support ATE program debugging and production transfer.

4. 协助芯片设计工程师，分析产线回来不良芯片，提高芯片的良率，同时支持客户客退不良芯片的分析；

Assist chip design engineer to analyze defective chips returned from production line, improve chip yield, and support customers to analyze defective chips returned from customers.

5. 参与到测试板的硬件原理图和PCB的评审，保证芯片回片后的测试板能正常工作；

Participate in the review of the hardware schematic diagram and PCB of the test board to ensure the normal operation of the test board after the chip is back.

6. 优化测试方案，开发新的测试项，增加测试方案的覆盖能力；

Optimize the test scheme, develop new test items and increase the coverage capability of the test scheme.

7. 整理测试数据，编写输出各种测试报告，确保输出结果的正确性和可回溯性；

Sorted out test data, wrote and output various test reports to ensure the correctness and traceability of output results.

8. 按照项目节点，保证按时完成测试任务。

Ensure timely completion of test tasks according to project nodes.

岗位要求：

Requirements：

1. 本科以上学历，1-3年工作经验，能力突出的应届生亦可；

Bachelor's degree or above with at least 3 years of work experience, freshers with outstanding ability are also acceptable.

2. 有无线收发系统的背景知识；

Background knowledge of wireless transceiver systems.

3. 有自动化脚本的编辑能力，熟悉C++/Matlab/Python等语言；

The ability to edit automation scripts, familiar with languages such as C++/Matlab/Python.

4. 熟练使用原理图的EDA软件，如：PADS、Allegro等；

Familiar with EDA software of schematic diagrams, such as PADS, Allegro, etc.

5. 会使用频谱仪、信号源、电源、示波器以及温箱等设备，并有一定的焊接能力；

Be able to use spectrum analyzer, signal source, power supply, oscilloscope, temperature box and other equipment, and have certain welding ability.

6. 有较强的团队意识和出色的沟通能力，保证项目的进度。

Strong team spirit and excellent communication skills to ensure the progress of the project.

有如下方面知识作为加分项：

a) 熟悉无线收发器的原理，对LO、PS、PA、LNA、TIA、VGA等模块的指标有深刻理解；

Familiar with the principles of wireless transceivers and have a deep understanding of the indicators of LO, PS, PA, LNA, TIA, VGA and other modules.

b) 熟悉模拟模块的原理，对PLL、Mixer、ADC、DAC、LDO和LVDS等模块指标有深刻理解；

Familiar with the principle ofanalog modules and have a deep understanding of module indicators such as PLL, Mixer, ADC, DAC, LDO and LVDS.

c) 熟悉EM和天线的原理，会使用OTA暗室；

Familiar with EM and antenna principle, able to use OTA darkroom.

d) 对雷达的系统原理熟练，并对系统指标有深刻理解；

Familiar with radar system principle and have a deep understanding of system indicators.

e) 有较强的代码编辑能力，会使用C、python等语言开发自动化测试脚本；

Strong code editing ability, able to use C, Python and other languages to develop automated test scripts.

f) 会使用探针台，进行扎针测试裸die性能。

A probe station will be used to test the performance of the bare die.
