工作内容
·Manage all financial aspects of the company's operations to improve profitability and manage risks;
·Responsible for cost accounting and prepare financial analysis report
·Responsible for SAP system maintenance and monthly closing
·Cooperate with external audit
·Manage cash flow, finance, and liaison with banks and headquarters.
·Manage inventory and internal control.
·Responsible for regularly organizing stocktake and problem feedback.
·Responsible for effective analysis of profit achievement status analysis and feedback.
·Manage the preparation of tax returns, property tax documents, withholding tax documents and any other tax documents.
·Complete all investigations required by government authorities.
·Ensure compliance with Canadian regulations.
·Under the guidance of human resources, formulate and implement effective human resources policies, practices and procedures to support the company's business needs.
·Ensure compliance with local regulations and company guidelines and directions.
·Local human resources support and coordinate business with headquarters.
·Other duties and responsibilities assigned by the company from time to time.
1、负责协调海外公司每月财务资料和信息提供的及时性和准确性。
2、负责完善海外公司财务核算，成本优化，流程改善。
3、负责海外公司财务报表依据中国会计准则的转换及母公司月度，季度合并报表的编制。
5、负责根据海外公司的实际业务，建立行之有效的内部控制制度或流程；使财务业务流程顺畅、风险可控。
6、负责参与公司海外重大资产重组或重点项目的准备工作，按照与中介机构达成的方案推进财务相关工作有效进行，确保公司项目进程有效推进。
7、运用有效地管理手段，激发员工的团队意识，创新理念，并通过公平、公正的考核，奖惩和激励相结合的办法，促使本部门绩效达成
任职条件
·Familiar with Excel.
·Familiar with SAP system
·Familiar with Canadian importation and exportation
·Familiar with the cost accounting of manufacturing enterprises
·Familiar with Canadian accounting standards, taxation, banking and laws and regulations and practices.
·Proactive, strong hands-on ability, sense of responsibility, independence, self-motivated, strong analytical ability.
·Have a deep understanding of internal control and the system view of accounting processes and procedures.
· 五年以上财务相关工作经验；
· 具备优秀的财务控制能力；
· 具备优秀的沟通协调能力；
· 具备ACCA等相关证书；
· 英语可作为工作语言流利沟通。
