Tool Design and Development: Define system performance specifications based on customer
requirements, ensuring alignment with industry and operational needs. Conceptualize and design
innovative electron beam metrology tools, incorporating electron optics, detectors, and system
components to meet advanced precision and resolution requirements. Develop system designs
focused on achieving high stability, throughput, and reliability in semiconductor metrology
applications.
• Conduct failure analysis, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions for tool malfunctions
or performance issues. Identify and implement advanced solutions for noise reduction, thermal
management, and system stability.
• Collaborate with the R&D and product teams to define future system capabilities based on evolving
market and customer needs.
