Key responsibilities：
1. Define and build the advantages of our EPI product, based on market investigation and competitor analysis.
2. Regularly visit our customers, collect information and make it an input of our design team.
3. Integrate cross-function technology teams, keep the project on track.
4. Manage the BOM of our product, and keep the engineering change in control.
5. Ensure product quality.
6. Reduce cost by design optimization and parts localization.
7. Coordinate with supply chain and MFG to ensure product delivery.
8. Manage resources, including tools, materials and budget.
Key requirement：
1. Master degree or above, engineering background.
2. 3+ years of experience in semiconductor equipment development, EPI prefered.
3. Good in English reading and writing.
4. Proven ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse background.
5. Strong initiative and a strong sense of responsibility.
6. Process engineering backgroud is prefered.
