1. Meet targets for GMV and gross profit, and complete procedural APIs.
2. Select and manage products based on key destinations' unique features and guest preferences from various markets, ensuring a diverse, high-quality, and easily bookable product range.
3. Maintain competitive pricing, availability, and inventory in the region compared to major competitors.
4. Regularly manage pricing, quality control, guest complaint coordination, and payment settlements with suppliers.
5. Use bulk purchasing, campaigns, cross-selling, packaging, and external channels to boost market share and profitability.
6. Achieve the OKRs set by your manager.
任职资格
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
2. Over 3 years of experience in OTA product operations, with familiarity with Europe as a travel destination.
3. Strong communication and coordination skills, capable of collaborating with various teams.
4. Proficient in data analysis tools and office software, able to independently analyze data and develop plans.
5. Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills, adaptable to changing market conditions.
6. Excellent English skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, capable of communicating with overseas customers and teams.
