岗位职责
Investment Consultant (Portfolio Advisor) – Retail Banking (Private Banking/Wealth Management)
1. Participate in high-net-worth client meetings with Relationship Managers and Product Managers. Provide customized investment market advices and cross-border asset allocation solutions.
2. Establish overseas investment knowledge commentaries, organize professional in-house training and track training effectiveness.
3. Monitor the completion of private banking business indicators, analyze performance gaps and provide suggestions with data reports.
4. Conduct investment market research and compile investment research reports. Provide investment strategies and portfolio recommendations to frontline business.
1. 协助客户经理开展高净值客户营销洽谈，专业讲解海外产品货架体系，结合客户需求与风险偏好，提供定制化投资市場建议及跨境资产配置综合方案。
2. 为分行及一线客户经理搭建海外投研知识体系，组织开展产品、资产配置、境外市场分析等专项培训，同步做好培训效果跟踪与复盘。
3. 实时监测分行私银中心各项业务任务指标完成情况，分析指标缺口及原因，输出数据反馈报告并提出优化建议。
4. 持续跟踪香港及境外金融市场动态、产品业绩表现，整理投研分析报告、市场解读等专业内容，为一线业务提供投研支持。
任职资格
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Finance, Economics, Investment or related disciplines preferred.
2. At least 8 years of financial industry experience, private banking or high-net-worth client service experience preferred.
3. Familiar with the investment markets and good understanding of relevant regulatory requirements; Good knowledge of overseas asset allocation and financial products;
4. Passed in HKSI Paper 1, 7 & 8 and IIQE Papers 1 & 3. Holders of professional qualifications such as CFP, CPWP and CFA are preferred.
5. Strong communication skills, financial analysis abilities; be able to explain products and formulate investment plans independently.

2. 具备8年及以上金融行业相关工作经验，有私人银行、高净值客户服务或投资咨询经验者优先；
3. 熟悉投資市场及相关监管條例，了解资产配置逻辑及各类金融产品特性，
4. 持有香港HKSI (卷1、7、8) 及IIQE (卷 1、3) 资格; 持有CFP、CPWP、CFA等相关专业资质者优先；
5. 具备良好的沟通表达、逻辑分析能力，能独立完成产品讲解及投资方案制定。
