Responsibilities
Proactively reach out to potential customers and engage them in meaningful conversations to understand their financial needs and goals
Provide personalized solutions and recommendations to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on the latest offerings and industry trends
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the telemarketing sales process and procedures
Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with customers
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and provide tailored solutions
Proficient in using various software and digital tools to support sales activities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and thrive under pressure
