Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Relationship Managers to achieve business targets and key performance indicators within the Treasures segment.
Drive the acquisition of new high-net-worth clients and deepen existing relationships through the delivery of holistic wealth management solutions.
Provide strategic direction, coaching, and performance monitoring to enhance team productivity and advisory capabilities.
Ensure strict adherence of the team to all regulatory requirements, internal bank policies, compliance standards, and ethical codes of conduct.
Collaborate with product specialists, investment strategists, and support units to deliver a seamless and superior customer experience.
Conduct regular portfolio reviews and implement risk management practices to safeguard client assets and the bank's reputation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Proven track record in wealth management and relationship management within the consumer banking sector, with prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
Deep understanding of wealth management products, financial markets, investment instruments, and portfolio management.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to motivate a team and build trust with affluent clients.
Relevant professional financial advisory and regulatory certifications.
Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
