Business Function
Global Transaction Services provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including Cash Management, Digital Banking solutions, Trade Finance, Account Receivable Purchase, and specialized Supplier Financing serivces. Responsibilities
Provide exceptional client management services to a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring their cash and trade finance needs are met efficiently and effectively
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that address the unique requirements of each client
Proactively monitor client accounts, identify opportunities for growth, and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty
Maintain a deep understanding of the bank's product offerings and industry trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients
Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance the overall client experience
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and events to build strong relationships and foster long-term partnerships
Requirements
Experienced in a client-facing role within the banking or financial services industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders
Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand and address complex client needs
Proficient in the use of relevant banking and financial systems, as well as data analysis and reporting tools
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the achievement of shared goals
