Responsibilities
Proactively reach out to potential customers and engage them in discussions about DBS Bank's consumer banking products and services
Provide personalized recommendations and solutions to meet the financial needs of customers
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
Collaborate with the broader Consumer Banking team to identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities
Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators
Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and development
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with customers
