岗位描述
Key responsibilities 主要职责:
1. Lead hardware system integration for optical inspection equipment, encompassing mechanical assembly, electrical connectivity, and basic software configuration. Take ownership of system power-up, initialization, and system-level debugging and calibration (e.g., motion stages, optical modules, etc.).
2. Participate in defining system specifications, decomposing top-level performance metrics (e.g., precision, throughput) into mechanical and electrical sub-system requirements. Generate system design documentation including interface definitions and timing diagrams.
3. Work closely with optics and software teams to define synchronization strategies between optical modules and motion control. Coordinate the resolution of hardware-software compatibility issues during system integration and help algorithm teams deploy their solutions on the hardware platform.
4. Optimize and introduce new products related to precision motion stages, wafer handling (EFEM), motors, and other electromechanical components. Lead the integration of automation/robotics technologies with optical metrology methods.
5. Design system-level test plans, execute precision calibration, stability, and reliability verification, and perform multi-dimensional data collection and analysis. Root-cause complex issues from a system perspective (e.g., mechanical vibration, electrical noise) and drive them to resolution.
6. Provide on-site installation, commissioning, and complex troubleshooting support at customer sites. Author system integration manuals and debugging specifications, and deliver training to production and field service teams."
Key requirement 资历要求 :
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Applied Mathematics, Precision Instrumentation, or a related field.
2. Technical Skills (focus on ME): Proficient in precision mechanical design, tolerance analysis, and kinematics. Deep understanding of how motion stage dynamic characteristics (accuracy, stability, vibration) impact inspection results. Experienced in reading mechanical drawings and design documentation.
3. Technical Skills (focus on EE): Strong knowledge of precision motion control technologies and hardware communication protocols (e.g., EtherCAT, TCP/IP, PID tunning). Ability to read electrical schematics; PLC programming experience might be a plus.
4. Possess a multi-disciplinary (mechanical, electrical, optical, software) system mindset and a strong hands-on ability. Familiar with the selection of industrial cameras, light sources, and related components.
5. 3+ years of experience in equipment integration, system development, or field/application engineering within the semiconductor or precision instrument industry. Experience with AOI inspection, precision stages, or EFEM is highly preferred.
6. Outstanding problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex, system-level failures. Excellent cross-team collaboration and communication abilities.
7. Good verbal/written English communication skills.
8. Strong plus:
(1) Proficient in data acquisition and analysis via coding.
(2) Familiarity with data analysis and statistical methods (e.g., MSA, SPC).
(3) Possess essential image processing knowledge about AOI.
(4) Experience in software engineering."
