As a HR Data Analyst, you partner with HR and business leaders to transform complex workforce data into actionable insights, enabling strategic workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, productivity improvement, and informed
decision-making across the organization.
Key
Responsibilities:
1.
HR Analytics & Reporting
· Design
global HR analytics frameworks, dashboards, and reporting solutions,
translating complex workforce data into actionable insights and strategic
recommendations for HR and business leaders.
· Analyze
workforce trends, metrics, and talent-related data to identify opportunities
for improving organization effectiveness, workforce productivity.
· Collaborate
with HR leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to establish, monitor, and
enhance key workforce metrics and KPIs.
· Manage
the annual global workforce budget and forecasting process, including headcount
planning, personnel cost analysis, and actual-to-budget variance reporting.
2.
HR Data Management & Governance
· Define
and maintain HR data definitions and standards.
· Collaborate
with HRIS and IT teams to establish and enforce data governance standards,
privacy policies, and security protocols to ensure compliance and safeguard
sensitive information.
· Partner
with HRIS to conduct regular audits and data quality assessments.
3.
HR Technology & Analytics Enablement
· Participate
in HR digital transformation projects.
· Recommend
new analytics capabilities and tools.
· Improve
reporting automation and efficiency.
Education
& Experience:
· Bachelor's
degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business
Administration or a related field;
· Minimum
of 3 years of progressive experience in data analytics, business intelligence,
HR analytics, or a related analytical function.
· Experience
in a manufacturing environment is preferred, with a solid understanding of
workforce data, operational metrics, and organizational structures within a
complex, global business setting.
Skills:
· Proficiency
in data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI,
Tableau), advanced Excel capabilities, and working knowledge of SQL.
· Excellent
analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
· Strong
knowledge of HR processes and workforce analytics, including key HR metrics and
KPIs
· Ability
to work effectively in a global, matrixed environment, with flexibility to
support stakeholders across multiple time zones.
· Strong
understanding of HR data governance, data quality management, and compliance
with applicable data privacy and protection regulations.
