Officer - Process Enhancement and Development (Fresh Grad Welcome)

What You will be Doing

Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and stock turnover to maintain optimal inventory across warehouses and O2O channels.

Prepare sales, inventory, and KPI reports to support business performance review, promotion planning, and decision-making, leveraging AI-driven insights, workflow automation, and data visualization tools where appropriate.

Manage and monitor the performance of 3PL logistics service providers and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely supply.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across inventory planning and supply chain operations by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Warehouse, Merchandising, Marketing, and Suppliers, to enhance operational efficiency and optimize costs.

Participate in system and workflow development and enhancement, actively promoting the adoption of AI and digital solutions to automate processes and improve operational efficiency.

Lead O2O inventory control, including cycle count, stock take, inventory reconciliation, and inventory governance, to ensure inventory accuracy, minimize stock loss, optimize inventory costs, and safeguard overall P&L performance.

General / ad-hoc support to new projects

Who is Our Right Fit

Bachelor’s Degree in Business/ Statistics/ Mathematics/ Supply Chain / Business Operation / e-Commence or related disciplines

1–2 years of relevant experience in the retail industry (candidates with more experience will be considered for a senior position)

Detail-minded, proactive, independent with excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure

Strong investigative sense, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills

Be able to think out of the box, and stay alert even when it comes to routine tasks

Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office

Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese

Familiarity with Tableau, AI tools, or other data visualization tools is an advantage.

Candidate with more experience will be consider as a Senior Officer Position.
