Key Responsibilities:
1.与生产团队密切沟通，跟进未结工单的交付及物料供应相关问题；
Closely communicate with production teams for open work orders’ delivery and supply issues to ensure the order suppliers meet customer due date including MRO demand
2. 按约定管控产线库存水平，包括选择合适的生产策略；
Manage production line storage levels as agreed including selecting proper production strategies to ensure keeping lower production line storage
3.收集并分析生产数据，输出生产效率提升相关改善建议，识别差异并推动改善；
Collect and analyze production data to provide production efficiency improvement recommendations. Monthly close and clean up orders in time, provide required information to relative groups and analyze order variance to improve
4.负责产线库存管理系统的维护及工装/夹具管理；
Production line storage management systems maintenance and tools/fixture management;
5. 处理工单变更及物料需求相关的NCR（不合格品报告）与MDR（物料需求申请）；
Handle NCR and MDR for WO change and material demand
6.根据主生产计划（MPS）创建工单，跟进物料准时交付；
Crate WO according MPS and follow material delivery just in time.
Key requirements:
1. 理工类本科以上学历
Bachelor degree or above in science and technology.
2. Microsoft Office 办公软件运用，如Excel、word、powerpoint 等。
Microsoft Office applications,such as Excel、word、powerpoint etc. 以及AutoCAD 及 Solidworks。
3.具备基本的英语阅读、书写、交际能力。
Have basic English reading，writing and communication skills.
4. 良好的沟通表达能力和团队意识，良好的产品质量和客户意思；良好的执行李和工作主人翁意识。
