1. Responsible for product life cycle management of SEM and AOI products
2. Responsible for communicating with customers, integrating customer needs, positioning products, participate R & D department to formulate and manage R & D plan and schedule;
3. Responsible for organizing the after-sales department to provide field service, application and other necessary technical support and related materials
4. Responsible for providing the necessary information to the production department and assisting it to complete the production task;
5. Responsible for the development of product standards, process systems, technical methods, the development of cross-product common platform integration and management
Essential requirements：
1. Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Applied Physics, Materials Science, Chemical Science, Mechnical Engineering or a related field.
2. Strong logical thinking ability
3. Strong communication skills, able to quickly establish Personal connection with internal and external customers
4. Strong Presentation ability, able to clearly and effectively express the work and product value
5. Basic technical literacy plus quick learning ability
6. Be able to work under pressure and handle uncertainty
