2027届-（资深）产品管理工程师-薄膜沉积 GPM Engineer-ATF

岗位职责：

产品生命周期管理

1. 项目管理相关的信息/数据收集、分析与总结

2. 与团队协作制定规范、数据记录、工作流程、标准操作程序、操作手册等。定期审查并更新这些文件。

3. 负责设计和工程变更单的管理。负责内部订单的生产交付工作。

4. 与研发团队及区域团队合作，共同制定系统规格配置（SSC）方案。

5. 供应商合作 - 由工程部门与供应链部门共同协作，以确保零部件符合规格、按时交付并控制成本。通过与工程师团队及研发总经理紧密合作，致力于降低成本以提高毛利润。定期报告材料资源情况。

研发运营。1. 研发质量管理体系的建立、更新与实施，以及协调进行 ISO 审核工作；

2. 协调研发团队的运作、知识共享以及培训事宜；

3. 协助进行技术及业务材料的撰写；

4. 负责管理研发资源（工具、材料），并定期提交运营报告。

Product life cycle management

1. Project management related information/data collection, analysis and summary

2. Coordinate with team to setup spec, data log, work flow, SOP, manual etc. Regularly review and update the document

3. Manage design and engineering change order. Manage the delivery from MFG for internal orders.

4. Work with R&D and regional teams to define SSC (Systems Specs Configuration)

5. Supplier Engagement – liaison between engineering and supply chain to drive components to meet specs, timeline and cost. Lead cost reduction to improve Gross Margin by working together with engineer teams and GMO. Regular report for material resource.

R&D operation

1. R&D quality management system setup, update and implementation, coordinate for ISO audit;

2. Coordinate for R&D team operation, knowledge sharing, training;

3. Assist for technical, business material writing;

4. Support to manage R&D resource (tools, materials), regular operation report.

岗位要求

1. 化学、物理、材料科学或相关领域的博士学位或硕士学位；

2. 出色的逻辑思维能力、实践经验、演讲能力；

3. 良好的沟通能力，包括书面和口头表达能力，且能用中文和英文进行交流；

4. 熟练掌握微软办公软件，包括 PowerPoint 和 Excel；

1. PhD or MS in Chemistry, Physics, Material Science or related fields;

2. Strong logical thinking, hands-on, presentation skills;

3. Good communication skills, written and verbal, in both Chinese and English;

4. Proficient in MS Office products including PowerPoint and Excel;
